Document Preparation

Review all documents to be notarizedVerify documents are complete (no blank spaces that should be filled)Upload documents to RON platformPrepare notarial certificate (acknowledgment, jurat, etc.)

Signer Communication

Send appointment confirmation with date, time, and platform linkProvide list of acceptable IDs to signerExplain KBA (Knowledge-Based Authentication) processRemind signer of technology requirements (webcam, stable internet)

Record Keeping
